Sample 10 Day Itinerary with Cooking Classes
Arrive in Rabat, meet your driver, and travel to Meknes. Check in to the hotel, then enjoy a massage and traditional Moroccan hammam. Go to dinner, then back to the hotel.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then visit a Moroccan cultural museum. After lunch, you will go to a winery to sample several Moroccan wines. Dinner, then back to the hotel.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then go to Fes to explore the medinas, have lunch, and do some shopping. Return to Meknes for dinner.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then begin the journey south. Along the way, you will stop for lunch, as well as to visit monkeys and take in stunning views from the mountains. Arrive in Merzouga, and check in to your hotel for dinner.
After breakfast, take a 4x4 tour of the Sahara desert, during which you will have lunch. After returning to the hotel, you will have a brief time to rest before going, via camel, to camp and have dinner in the desert.
Return to the hotel, have breakfast, and go into Rissani. There you will learn to make medfouna, a traditional Rissani dish, for lunch. Drive to Ouarzazate and check in to the hotel for dinner.
After breakfast, go on a day-long excursion to the Dades Gorges, which includes a picnic lunch. Return to the hotel for dinner.
After breakfast, you will attend another cooking class with the chef at the hotel, where you will learn to make traditional Moroccan tagine. You will then be taken to Marrakech, and to the Jamaa el Fna market, dinner, and back to the hotel.
After breakfast, attend another cooking class that begins with a trip to the market to gather ingredients. You will learn to make Moroccan bastilla, as well as Moroccan salads. Spend the afternoon exploring the city, and then dinner.
After breakfast, you will go to Casablanca. After lunch, you will attend another cooking class, learning how to make Moroccan cookies. After dinner, check in to the hotel.
Travel Day - After a light, early morning breakfast, your driver will take you to Rabat to catch your flight home.
