Lost Luggage?
As much as we want everything to go smoothly when we travel, we know that bumps can come along, including when you make a connecting flight but your bag does not. In Morocco, once luggage arrives, it needs to be picked up in person. However, if you have already moved on to another city, we can arrange for your luggage to be brought to you, as long as you provide authorization to the airport for our staff to pick up the luggage.
Note: Additional fees will apply, depending on distance.
In-Country
If you have a longer trip and your luggage is expected to arrive in a day or two, use this form to authorize our staff to pick up the luggage.
Out of Country
Sometimes misdirected luggage may take a longer trip than you do! In the rare case where the luggage does not arrive before you move on to your next destination, use this form to provide authorization.
